Delicate ceramics for everyday use: Mleko Living

Mleko Living creates minimalistic handcrafted ceramics. Mleko in Polish means milk: their recipe is to form simple yet delicate products you want to use every day.

Mleko Living was founded in 2017 by Katarzyna Goluszka and Michal Zaluski, from Krakow, Poland. Architectural background makes Mleko sensitive to materiality and structure of things. They developed their great interest in the functionality and aesthetics of human surroundings.

The duo values familiar shapes, natural materials and moderation. They strive for what is intuitive to use and soothing to look at. Mleko partners with experienced local craftsmen to deliver the highest quality, long-lasting goods for your home.

Canvas is a collection of simple products for daily use. The objects act as a plain canvas, which they paint upon. The pieces bring ease and harmony into  everyday life and leave room for assigning meaning and value.

Simple forms and sustainable use of materials are the focus points of this collection. Transparent finish is used to highlight the beauty of stoneware. The collection is handmade in a family run ceramic factory in Southern Poland. All pieces are fired in a high temperature to ensure their durability and are dishwasher and microwave safe.

»Our recipe for simpler and for a mindful life is to possess fewer things and choose the simplest ones. Choosing quality over quantity and essential over excessive makes our home a peaceful place.«
